All coffee beans start out as green cherries that eventually ripen to a bright red. The coffee beans are actually seeds that sit, flat faces toward each other, inside the cherry.

High grown, around Bogota in Cundinamarca, on the central branch of the Andean Mountains, with a perfect microclimate, the 'Bachue' is intense and complex. This is a bean well suited to a darker roast and consumed as a single origin or in a blend. This is definitely a premium bean offering great presence.
